I teach essential principles for making practical change.

Welcome Friends,

In response to pain or suffering due to emotional stress, conflict, or confusion, my support facilitates positive change, far beyond the limitations of shame, blame, guilt, fear, or helplessness. And, because I recognize that difficulties are roads to growth and not impediments to growth, my focus is sharp and reliable, on helping clients to simply and proudly learn what and how to change; based on skilled assistance, for achieving successful outcomes.

My approach to working with an individual, a family, or an organization is sensitive yet instructive, compassionate yet clear, while practically and effectively oriented to success. Therefore, regarding overall human relations, depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic stress, or interpersonal conflicts, my work helps personal and professional development, for establishing balance at home or in the workplace.

My methodology is not only based on years of formal preparation; but as well on “practicing what I preach” for positive self-transformation. Therefore, through effective self-reflection, I have tailored my skills in contemplative education to meet the specific needs of my clients.

My philosophy is based on core universal principles that have wide-ranging applications, geared to have beneficial effects in unique situations. Accordingly, in my consultations with individuals, groups, and organizations, clients can expect me to reliably reflect:

  • Outstanding understanding, for analyzing the dynamics of conflict-resolution; particularly addressing how psychology positively or negatively affects individual and family identities, attitudes, beliefs, choices, and behaviors; regarding personal and interactive outcomes.

  • Sound orientations to practical and spiritual approaches to wisdom; applicable to attaining healthful resolutions to complex challenges; such as found in addiction, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, in intra-personal and interpersonal conflicts.

  • Strong competencies regarding vocational settings; where balance needs to be achieved, between personal, collective, supervisory, and employee relations.

  • Sensitive, trustworthy attention paid to maintaining consistent respect for privacy.

The Art of Contemplative Self-Cultivation

Perspectacles® Podcast

The Perspectacles® Podcast is an ongoing contemplative conversation, held between a father, Rev. Gola Wolf Richards, and his son, Rev. Ryan W. Richards; focused on the idea that we must learn to save ourselves collectively, from ourselves as individuals; based on addressing all conflicts, grounded in a higher orientation to consciousness; where in theory and in practice: As timeliness in self-cultivation is framed within the most holistic range of concerns that compassion can reach, the character of our moral self-cultivation is central, to how Yin/Yang dynamics of universal reciprocity evolve interlacing pathways, to exceed how hell will otherwise continue to thrive, where heaven fails to grow.
